Operating Model 1
On Location Model
On-site secure facilities that are specifically built to suit our client’s individual needs. Within our On-Premise model our clients can leverage one of our state of the art facilities, or SP Data Digital can leverage our clients existing real estate, and operate behind their firewall.
Operating Model 2
Work From Home Model
Also known as our hybrid model. In this particular model our associates will train and nest on-site and when they meet their performance KPI’s they will earn the right to work from home. Within this model there are periodic on-site coaching and refresh trainings, and our management team works on site to support our client's organization.
Operating Model 3
Work From Anywhere Model
This is exactly what it sounds like. Today we recruit in 3 markets which are Canada, United States and Mexico. These associates are trained and managed remotely. Interestingly enough since the start of the pandemic, we have not seen any decrease in performance. We have seen a significant Improvement across the board on attrition and performances as good as, if not better than than ever before. Our WFA model allows SP Data Digital to capture top talent from anywhere in North America and Mexico.
