While the pandemic has been a time of uncertainty and concern – it has also been an opportunity to appreciate the importance of having a high functioning Diversity and Inclusion team. I was thrilled when I was asked to join. Cultivating a program that engages with our partners and with some amazing leadership talent outside our organization, facing some pretty serious topics like racism and LGBTQ Rights head on – but also making time to ensure we engage and have fun with all of our employee has been fantastic!
